American 8th Graders are ranked 26th in the world in math and the American Government has no idea how to balance a budget. It doesn't take a genius to see that there are grave consequences to those that ignore the real math that drives our world, but Paulos gives it a try. Nothing earth shaking here, but I'm glad someone took the time to right a book about it. Ties into the reason we have cycles. 135 pp.
