Book Condition: Very Good, closer to "Near Fine" but the top spine extreme is bumped (slightly), and there are some small (1/16") bumps to the bottom edge near the spine extreme. Otherwise book would be classified as FINE. Interior is clean and bright, no marks and appears unread, corners square, spine straight and binding tight.

Dust Jacket Condition: Good, there's a small tear on front about 1/2", and another on bottom front about 1/4", other wise no other tears but edges show some shelve wear and there is a small 1/4" stain to front cover near bottom corner, price intact.
