Book Condition: Very Good, moderate shelf wear to edges and cover, corners bumped (see photo), spine faded, internally near fine, slightest hint of uniform tanning to text appropriate to the age of this title, pages clean and unmarked.

Contents:
This is one of the original 1951 monographs that were later published collectively into a single volume in 1958. Historically signficant as Mr. Winn would later become Dean of Wharton, was director of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank from 1961 to 1970 and in 1971 became President of the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland where he served until 1982. Very Scarce Title, 70 Pages.
