Book Condition: Good, moderate wear to edges, corners and spine, some fraying, pages moderately tanned appropriate to the age of this set, here are some more specific condition details for each volume: Vol. 1 has small stains (1/4") on top of title pages leading up to the forward, otherwise no marks. Vol. 2 front hinge is starting to crack (about 1"). Vol. 3 has 1/2" crack in back hinge near center, previous owners name in pen on front endpapers Vol. 4 has previous owner name in pen and another previous owners small name label on front endpapers, foxing spot 1/4" on edges of pages 407 thru 416. Vol. 5 front hinge is cracked top to bottom but holding up. Vol. 6 back hinge is cracked top to bottom but holding up. Vol. 7 front hinge is cracked top to bottom but holding up.
