Book Condition: Collectible; Very good, some fading and wear to edges and corners, front bottom corner slight fraying of cloth, some tanning to endpapers and pages, otherwise pages clean, no marks.
Dust Jacket Condition: Fair, 2 1/2" tear up from front bottom corner and some wear to the bottom edge, small black stain on front cover about 1/4" (see photo). Overall a nice collectible copy of a scarce first edition title with dust jacket.
